About the Role
As one of The Sunday Times 100 fastest-growing companies in 2026, we’re looking for reliable and hardworking Fulfilment Assistants to join our growing team on a zero-hours basis.
You’ll play an important role in keeping our fulfillment operation running smoothly, helping to pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch. You’ll work as part of a friendly, fast-paced team and play a key part in making sure every order leaving Just Bee is accurate, well presented and ready to reach our customers on time.
This is a hands-on role focused on picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch. You’ll be responsible for making sure every order is accurate, well presented and packed to the standard our customers expect.
You’ll work alongside the Post Supervisor and wider fulfilment team to keep orders moving efficiently and make sure daily dispatch targets are achieved.
The zero-hours nature of the role means shifts are offered based on business requirements and your availability, making this a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible work.

What You'll Be Doing
Picking & Packing
- Accurately pick customer orders using order sheets and scanning systems.
- Pack orders efficiently while maintaining high presentation standards.
- Select the correct packaging for different products and orders.
- Label and seal parcels correctly and prepare them for dispatch.
- Work consistently to achieve daily productivity and dispatch targets.
Quality & Accuracy
- Check every order carefully before it leaves the packing station.
- Follow Just Bee’s packing procedures and quality standards.
- Identify and report missing, damaged or incorrect items.
- Handle products carefully to minimise damage, waste and errors.
- Take responsibility for the accuracy and quality of your own work.
Post Room & Team Support
- Keep your workstation clean, tidy and organised.
- Replenish packaging materials and consumables.
- Assist with stock movements and general post room duties.
- Support the wider team when required to keep the operation running smoothly.
- Follow all company health, safety, hygiene and operational procedures.

- Comfortable lifting up to 15kg
Previous experience in fulfilment, picking and packing or a similar environment is an advantage, but it's not essential.
The Working Environment
This is an on-site, hands-on fulfilment role. You'll spend most of your shift picking, packing, moving stock and preparing orders for dispatch.
The role can be busy, particularly around peak periods, so we're looking for people who enjoy working at pace while maintaining accuracy and quality.
