We are currently recruiting for Company Switchboard Receptionist to join our team at our 40-acre Main Sales Yard at Golden Hill Lane, Leyland.
Duties include:
- Answering and directing all incoming telephone calls
- Monitoring and re-directing incoming company e-mails
- Controlling and collating daily internal Yard Tickets
- Maintaining the company's ANPR list for site security
- Controlling the distribution of Company Gift Vouchers
- Provide remote access to incoming goods deliveries
- Maintain staffing lists and control roll call in the event of a Fire Alarm Evacuation
Required Skills / Experience:
- Must have a positive, can do attitude
- Smart and tidy appearance
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
- Articulate and numerate
- Ability to work under pressure
Preferred Skills:
- Computer literate
- Building trade or builders’ merchant experience
- Full driving licence

Monday – Thursday 07:30 – 17:00
Friday 07:30 – 16:00
Saturday 08:00 - 12:00
