Overview
Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paraplanner to join a financial services team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for financial planning and strong organisational skills to support advisers in delivering tailored financial solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing reports.
Duties
- Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation to support financial advisers in client meetings.
- Analyse client financial data, including investments, pensions, and insurance policies, to assist in developing personalised financial plans.
- Draft and review correspondence, proposals, and other documentation ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with colleagues assisting with technical queries.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in report writing, within financial services.
- Diploma in financial plamining or close to achieving
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and IT systems relevant to financial planning.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to liaise confidently with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated customer service experience with a professional approach to client interactions.
