The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Practice Manager to oversee the operations of our Weston super mare practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all locations, driving business growth, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of all three dental practices, ensuring efficiency and high-quality patient care.
- Lead, manage, and support practice managers and staff to achieve business goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with CQC, health & safety, and all relevant dental regulations.
- Support recruitment, training, and development of staff to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Implement and manage effective marketing strategies to drive patient numbers and brand awareness.
- Handle patient feedback, complaints, and service improvements to enhance the patient experience.
- Foster a positive team culture and ensure excellent communication across all practices.
About You
The ideal candidate will be an experienced multi-site manager with a background in dental management. You should be highly organised, commercially aware, and passionate about delivering excellent patient care.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience as an Area Manager, Practice Manager, or Multi-Site Manager within the dental sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Excellent commercial awareness and understanding of business financials.
- Knowledge of CQC regulations and healthcare compliance (preferred but not essential).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, with a willingness to travel between locations.
