Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Logistics Junior to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop foundational skills in supply chain management, logistics operations, and sales support within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating transportation, managing warehouse activities, and supporting sales functions to ensure seamless operational flow.

Working schedule for this role is Monday to Friday 9AM-5PM with overtime available in busy periods.

Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team and technicians with preparing quotations, sales orders, and customer documentation.
- Order and coordinate parts as required for customer jobs in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage and maintain stock levels for the business.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to arrange for parts delivery/collection.
- Support the field team to deliver an efficient and timely service.
- Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers where required.
Qualifications & experience
- Previous experience in customer service, sales administration, logistics, or supply chain is beneficial but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience using ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
