We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Labourer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to develop their skills and build a long-term career within the construction and utility industry.
The successful candidate will begin as a labourer and receive full training to become a Suction Excavator Operator.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with suction excavation works on site.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work environment.
- Working alongside experienced operators while completing your training.
- Progressing to operating a suction excavator following successful training.
Essential Requirements
- Full, valid UK driving licence.
- CSCS Card.
- Previous construction, civils, or utilities experience.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
