We are looking to recruit Food Production Worker for a full time position in Trowbridge.
Candidates must be able to take instruction, work at a good pace, be punctual, organized and have good attention to detail. Must be physically able to carry out daily duties and be self-motivated.
Previous experience of working within the food sector would be an advantage but training will be given.
Candidate must be willing to learn and take responsibility growing with the role during and after training.
Main Responsibilities:
As a Food Production Worker you will be working on a busy production line, ensuring our products are produced to the highest quality and standards.
You will be involved in weighing, labelling & packing of various meat products with different weights, according to the customer requirements.
You'll be responsible for ensuring that the highest standards of hygiene and quality are always maintained.
You'll also be making sure that your job is done to a high degree of accuracy and speed in line with company expectations.

- Following instructions and procedures
- Getting a good understanding of health and safety and basic hygiene rules
- Working as part of a team
- Cleaning of equipment and area daily and as required
This a physical role which requires some lifting.
Due to the nature of the job, holidays are restricted during our busiest periods.
