Club House Supervisor - Golf Club
We are currently recruiting for a Club House Supervisor to join one of the UK's most prestigious private golf clubs. This is a unique opportunity to work in a beautiful setting, providing outstanding service to members and their guests from the club's popular Halfway House café. The successful Club House Supervisor will support the Halfway House Manager in the day-to-day operation, ensuring exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and cleanliness.
The Perks
The successful Club House Supervisor will receive:
- Salary of £28,000 per annum
- 35.5-hour contract
- 4-day working week during the summer season
- 5-day working week during the winter season

The Person
The successful Club House Supervisor will have:
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant or hospitality supervisory role
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience preparing light food and refreshments
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to support the day-to-day running of the café
- High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
- A warm, friendly and professional approach when engaging with members and guests
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
