The Role
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our Food & Beverage department. You'll lead shifts, support the team, maintain high service standards, and create a welcoming experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operation of the restaurant, bar and event service.
- Lead shifts and support the team in delivering excellent customer service.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and service.
- Coach, motivate and support team members.
- Assist with training and onboarding new colleagues.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Support staffing levels and labour control.
- Help maximise sales and achieve departmental targets.
- Ensure food safety, health & safety and company procedures are followed at all times.
- Be a hands-on supervisor, leading by example during busy service periods.
About You
You'll ideally have:
- Previous supervisory experience within hospitality, ideally in a hotel or busy food and beverage environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
