Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Enterprise Systems Architecture & Technology Strategy Executive to lead the development and execution of our organization’s overarching technology blueprint. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive enterprise architecture strategies utilizing frameworks such as TOGAF to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Design and oversee scalable system architectures incorporating microservices, RESTful web services, APIs, and design patterns to optimize performance and flexibility.
- Lead the planning and deployment of cloud infrastructure solutions on platforms like AWS and Azure, ensuring high availability, security, and cost-efficiency.
- Establish best practices for solution architecture, system design, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes across IT teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements for enterprise applications, integrating technologies such as JavaScript, Python, Java,.NET, SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle), NoSQL databases, Docker containers, Kubernetes orchestration, and DevOps pipelines.
- Ensure information security standards are embedded into all architecture designs by adhering to ITIL principles and industry best practices for cybersecurity.
- Guide teams through complex system integrations involving Web services, APIs, operating systems (Windows/Linux), cloud services (AWS/Azure), and application deployment strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing emerging technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, DevOps tools, and microservices architectures to enhance operational efficiency.
Experience
- Extensive experience in enterprise architecture design with a strong understanding of system architecture principles across diverse IT environments.
- Proven track record in developing cloud-based solutions utilizing AWS or Azure cloud platforms with a focus on cloud infrastructure management.
- Deep knowledge of service-oriented architecture (SOA), solution architecture frameworks, design patterns, and TOGAF methodology.
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and configuration management tools within DevOps environments.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, T-SQL/PL/SQL for application development and system integration tasks.
- Strong analysis skills combined with project management expertise to lead cross-functional teams through complex projects adhering to SDLC standards.
- Familiarity with database systems including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle Database Management Systems (DBMS), Microsoft SQL Server; experience in data modeling and query optimization is preferred.
- Knowledge of information security protocols and best practices to safeguard enterprise data assets across all platforms.
