Your Role as a Care Assistant
As a Care Assistant, you will visit clients in their own homes and provide compassionate
support, including:
- Personal care (washing, dressing and grooming)
- Medication support
- Meal preparation and assistance
- Mobility support and transfers
- Companionship and emotional support
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Supporting clients to stay safe, comfortable and independent
Areas We Cover
We currently support clients across:
B8, B9, B10, B11, B25, B26, B27, B33, B34, B36, B37, B90, B91, B92, B93 and CV7.
Applicants living within or close to these areas are preferred, as this is a community based role involving travel between clients. Drivers are strongly preferred due to the travel involved between visits.

Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS check (can be arranged during onboarding)

Preferred:
- Full UK Driving License
- Access to a vehicle
- Ability to obtain business car insurance
We offer a range of shifts, including:
- Full-time
- Part-time
- Weekday work
- Weekend work
We have available position for:
- 2 × Male Positions- Part-Time or Full-Time. Weekend availability required, with the option to work alternate weekends (weekend on/weekend off).
- 5 × Female Positions- Part-Time or Full-Time. Weekend availability required, with the option to work alternate weekends (weekend on/weekend off).
