Deliver friendly, helpful and knowledgeable service to every customer. Work as part of a close-knit team to ensure shelves are well-stocked, the store is clean and tidy, and pets and people alike receive a warm welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, offering advice on products, nutrition, and services.
- Maintain store standards by keeping shelves fully stocked, clean and well-presented.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently through the till.
- Support the replenishment team to ensure top products are always available.
- Engage with promotions and in-store events to encourage customer interaction.
- Take pride in the store's appearance, ensuring it reflects the brand's high standards.
- Maintain awareness of stock levels, helping to reduce waste and minimise loss.
- Be a team player—supporting colleagues across departments when needed.
- Ensure that health and safety policies are always followed.
- Occasionally support salon or service teams as needed, with training provided where necessary.
- Keyholder responsibilities, including opening and closing the store.
Behaviours & Experience
- Friendly, approachable, and helpful.
- Passion for animals and a natural interest in pet care.
- Some experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but not essential.

- Flexible, reliable, and able to work weekends and bank holidays as required.

Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
