We are seeking an experienced part time Assistant Manager to support our Office Manager at our modern offices in the heart of West Bromwich. The successful candidate will possess excellent administration and IT skills and have experience In HR, Health and Safety and Compliance. Experiencing working in a Solicitors office would be preferable.
Duties to include:-
· All Health and Safety matters
· Dealing with Compliance/Lexcel Accreditation
· Contacting the Managing Agents for the Building to report repairs
· Dealing with Recruitment Agencies, advertising all jobs, carrying out inductions.
· Responsible for arranging Employers Liability and Cyber Insurance
· Responsible for all Facilities
· Monitoring and recording Holiday requests
· Organising Office Social Events
· Sourcing and Ordering lunches for department meetings
· Organising and distributing Post rota
· Assisting Office Manager with HR matters
· Organising Office removals/ensuring offices are kept clean and tidy

The role will initially be 3 days per week, Monday/Wednesday and Friday – 21.75 hours per week. With a view to an increase in hours as the job develops– The successful applicant will be required to cover the Office Manager’s absence.
