About the Role

As a Bar & Clubhouse Assistant, you'll be part of a friendly team providing excellent service to members, golfers and guests. From serving drinks and food to ensuring the Clubhouse is clean, welcoming and well-presented, you'll help create memorable experiences for everyone who visits.
Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver friendly and professional service to members, guests and visitors.
· Prepare and serve food and drinks.
· Keep the bar, Clubhouse and guest areas clean, tidy and well presented.
· Help with the setup and delivery of golf days, events and functions.
· Process orders and payments accurately.
· Replenish stock and assist with general bar duties.
· Follow company procedures and Health & Safety standards.
· Work as part of the Clubhouse team to create a great guest experience.
· Carry out any other reasonable duties to support the business.
About You…
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering great hospitality.
You'll ideally have:
· A positive attitude and a friendly, approachable manner.
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
· The ability to work well as part of a team.
· A flexible approach to working hours.
Previous hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
