Private Client Solicitor / Fee Earner / Lawyer

This established and forward-thinking firm is looking to strengthen its Private Client team with an experienced Solicitor, Lawyer or Fee Earner. It’s an opportunity to work on a broad range of quality matters within a supportive team, while benefiting from genuine autonomy and a clear focus on professional development.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll manage your own varied caseload and work directly with individuals and families, providing practical and high-quality advice across areas such as:
- Wills and complex estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trusts and trust administration
- Inheritance Tax planning
- Court of Protection matters, where applicable
- Wider Private Client advisory work
You’ll be trusted to take ownership of your files and clients, while having experienced colleagues around you for guidance, collaboration and technical support when required.

Could This Be You?
We’re keen to hear from Private Client professionals who are confident managing their own caseload and are looking for somewhere they can develop further.
You’ll ideally have:
- At least 1 year’s experience within Private Client
- Experience handling Wills, Probate and Estate Administration
- Good client-facing and communication skills
- The ability to manage your own caseload with appropriate support
- A genuine interest in developing your Private Client expertise
- Ambition to build a long-term career with a progressive firm
The firm is open to applications from Solicitors, Lawyers, Legal Executives and experienced Fee Earners.
