This is an exciting opportunity to work with a long-established North London private landlord.
The Role
The work is typically void reactive and planned maintenance from a small repair to small works such as kitchen and bathroom installations. It will be moving from job to job throughout the day/week predominantly on a reactive basis.
You will be liaising closely with the office repairs co-ordinator, undertaking planned and re active maintenance works as the jobs come through.
This is a very good role, playing a very important role, with plenty of responsibility and career progression.
The Person
The ideal candidate will come from a multi trader-plumbing background and will have a good all-round ability. You will need a minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a maintenance operative.
You will need to have all road plumbing skills and be able to carry out the following types of work:
- Adding new kitchens
- Adding new bathrooms
- Adding new fire doors
- Reactive plumbing
- Changing toilets, baths and sinks
- Changing & fixing electric showers
- Tracing & fixing leaks
- Changing & fixing radiators
Applicants must:
- Full UK driving license
- Own tools required
- Good customer service skills
- 5+ years kitchen fitting/ plumbing experience
- Be able to think on their feet and problem solve
- Be happy to work alone
- Have good time management
- Fluent in English
- Hard working
- You must possess good all-round multi-trading skills
Hours: part time/ weekend work to start with
Ideally the role is for immediate start or ASAP.
Pay: £225.00-£240.00 per day
