The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This position requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment, fixtures and fittings to identify any issues or potential problems
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on fixtures and fittings, equipment, and building.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues
- Install, repair, and maintain various systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations
