Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, motivated and ambitious Registered Dental Nurse to take on the role of Practice Manager & Treatment Coordinator. This is far more than a traditional practice management role; it is an opportunity to become an integral part of the leadership team, helping to shape the future of the practice while continuing to provide exceptional patient care.
The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day operation of the practice, support and develop the team, oversee the patient journey, manage the practice's marketing and digital presence and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
To remain closely connected with both patients and the clinical team, the role will also include approximately one to two clinical nursing sessions each week.
Initially, the role will incorporate the responsibilities of a Treatment Coordinator (TCO), supporting patients throughout their treatment journey. As the practice continues to grow, a dedicated Treatment Coordinator will be appointed, allowing the Practice Manager to focus increasingly on leadership, operational excellence and strategic development.
As we continue to invest in our team, technology and services, you'll have the opportunity to develop your management skills and contribute to the future direction of the practice. We are seeking an individual who wants to be part of something special, working within a supportive, forward-thinking team where collaboration, professional development and high-quality dentistry are at the heart of everything we do.
This is a role that has been carefully designed to provide the opportunity to develop into a leadership position while remaining clinically involved as a Registered Dental Nurse.
