IIn this role, you’ll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload, with support in place to help you focus on progressing transactions and providing a good service to clients.

We’re working with a well-established law firm in Ashford that is looking to strengthen its Residential Property department with an additional Conveyancer.
You’ll handle a broad caseload of residential property matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Mortgages and remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Equity release
- Lease extensions
Importantly, you’ll have dedicated support, helping to reduce the administrative burden and allowing you to concentrate on fee-earning, progressing files and looking after clients.
The firm is open-minded on qualification and will consider Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and experienced Conveyancing Paralegals/Fee Earners with the right level of experience.
