Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and professional Tattooist to join our vibrant studio. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for body art, excellent customer service skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role offers an opportunity to work in a creative environment, providing customised tattoo designs to clients while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering exceptional tattooing services, managing client relationships, and contributing to the studio's welcoming atmosphere. Experience in management, social media management, and guest services is highly desirable, alongside skills in makeup application, eyelash extensions, deep tissue massage, and barbering, which can enhance client experience and studio offerings.
Responsibilities
- Create customised tattoo designs based on client specifications and preferences
- Operate tattoo equipment safely and hygienically in accordance with health regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering professional advice
- Manage appointment scheduling and front desk duties efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilisation of all tools and workspaces
- Promote the studio’s services through social media management and marketing efforts
- Upsell additional services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, or massage treatments where appropriate
- Assist with guest services to ensure a welcoming environment for all clients
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and high client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Tattooist or similar role within a creative or hospitality environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to tattooing and body art procedures
- Management skills or experience in social media management is advantageous
- Customer service experience with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Skills in makeup application, eyelash extensions, deep tissue massage, barbering, or other beauty treatments are desirable but not essential
- Organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple appointments simultaneously
- Ability to work flexibly within studio hours, including evenings or weekends if required

Pay: £30,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
