At Evri, we're committed to keeping our fleet safe, compliant and ready to deliver for our customers every day. We're looking for an organised and detail-focused Admin Support colleague to support the administration and tracking of our commercial vehicle fleet.
In this role, you'll manage vehicle compliance records, coordinate MOT and service documentation, update internal systems and help ensure all fleet assets remain legally compliant. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to maintain accurate records, support audits and keep compliance processes running smoothly.
We're looking for someone with strong administrative skills, good knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent attention to detail. Experience within fleet, transport or compliance administration would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
- Managing general fleet administration activities.
- Producing daily service and MOT documentation.
- Updating company trackers and vehicle compliance records.
- Tracking and coordinating vehicles due for service and MOT.
- Supporting the planning of future servicing and maintenance requirements.
- Carrying out weekly and monthly file audits for compliance.
- Monitoring and managing Vehicle Off Road (VOR) processes.
- Inputting and maintaining data across vehicle management systems.
- Responding to emails and customer enquiries.
- Supporting the onboarding and off-hiring of vehicles and assets.
- Validating vehicle compliance folders and documentation.
- Reviewing minor repair costs and standards.
- Providing wider administrative support to the Transport team.
We're looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused and confident working in a fast-paced operational environment.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in an administrative or fleet support role.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and general IT literacy.
- Good English and Maths skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across teams.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work accurately under pressure.
- Experience supporting a commercial vehicle fleet (desirable).
- Experience working within a transport, logistics or traffic office environment (desirable).
- The ability to analyse information and make practical recommendations.
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement and best practice.
- Permanent full-time position.
- Competitive salary of £27,073.80.
- Monday to Friday working pattern, 10:00am - 6:00pm.
