We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Cleaning Operative to join our professional cleaning team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, retail outlets, and industrial sites, using appropriate cleaning equipment and products.
- Ensure all areas are maintained to health and safety standards, including restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas.
- Empty bins, replenish supplies such as soap and paper towels, and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Follow specified cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistency across all sites.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail during all cleaning tasks.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist with specialised cleaning projects as required by clients or management.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is highly desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude are essential for working within diverse client environments.
