We have an exciting opportunity for a reliable, flexible and practical individual to join our friendly team.
This is a customer facing washroom servicing role, so it would suit someone who enjoys being active, likes variety and is happy to get involved wherever needed.

We are a washroom services company providing a professional and reliable service to a wide range of customers.
Our services include feminine hygiene units, nappy bins, soap dispensers, urinal sanitisers, air fresheners and entrance mats. We also provide clinical waste disposal services.

The Role
You will become an important member of our team, carrying out washroom servicing and customer visits.
When out on the road, your responsibilities will include:
- Visiting and servicing customer sites
- Cleaning and servicing feminine hygiene units
- Servicing soap dispensers and air freshener units
- Cleaning and servicing nappy units
- Replacing urinal mats and urinal sanitisers
- Exchanging entrance mats
- Handling and removing waste in accordance with company procedures
- Installing equipment using an electric drill
- Providing a friendly, professional service to our customers
- Ensuring all services are completed safely and to the required standard
You will often be the main point of contact for our customers, so excellent customer service and a professional approach are essential.
About You
This is an active role and you will need to be physically fit and comfortable with manual work. The role involves lifting and handling items such as clinical waste bags and entrance mats.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience driving a van
- Holds a full, clean and valid UK driving licence
- Is physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties
- Is comfortable using an electric drill to install equipment
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills
- Is reliable, punctual and well organised
- Is happy working independently as well as part of a small team
- Can use their own initiative and has a positive 'can-do' attitude
- Is flexible and happy to take on a variety of duties
- Takes pride in their work and enjoys delivering a job to a high standard
You don't need to have previous experience in the washroom industry, as full in-house training will be provided before you work independently.

Due to the nature of some of the sites we service, the successful candidate will also be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS check, the cost of which will be covered by us.
