GBA Care is a specialist leading care provider and our organisation has developed and grown into being one of the most bespoke and unique providers in its field. We provide multiple care settings, offering a range of specialist and personalised services which consistently support and guide children and young people safely from the ages of 7-18.
We are currently recruiting to support the growth in our company. We have vacancies in the Halifax and Huddersfield area.
Experience of a similar role preferred but is not essential as we provide full training for staff to obtain qualifications in working with young people, that will then offer opportunities to progress within our organisation and develop their career within the profession. You must be willing to be flexible and able to communicate well with others and contribute to the ongoing development of our settings.

As part of our commitment to Safer Recruitment all offers will be subject to satisfactory references and obtaining a valid Enhanced DBS. Transferrable or DBS on update service would be preferable.
Variety of shift patterns including; 1 day on 2 days off. Shifts from 730am to 11pm, some include sleep in requirements. Payment paid in addition to salary of £60 per sleep.

Salary: Full time 162.5 hours per month, £12.71 or above dependent on experience and qualifications.
