As we rebrand and get busier, we find ourselves looking for another new team member who can supervise Saturday evenings which will have a focus on family friendly evenings including board games, karaoke events, quiz nights, private bookings and more.
HOURS: Saturdays - 4.30pm to 10.30pm [overtime will be available and there will be regular later finishing Saturday shifts]
This position is a senior role and will answer to the cafe owners.
Responsibilities
- Key holder, responsible for cashing up, shutting down and locking up.
- Supervising and managing events including private hire, quizzes and more.
- Supervising junior members of staff where necessary.
- Making a large variety of drinks including coffee, bubble tea, shakes, cocktails, dirty sodas and more.
- General customer service.
- General cafe tasks as required; e.g. cleaning, restocking.
Essential Experience and Skills
- Bar work experience.
- Supervisor experience.
- General numeracy and English.
Ideal Experience and Skills
- Barista experience.
- Cocktail making experience.
- Knowledge of board games.
- Confidence to host a quiz night.
Holidays - 34hours per year (not accounting for holidays accrued with overtime)
Pay: From £15.00 per hour
