We are currently looking for passionate Level 2, Level 3, or higher-qualified Early Years Practitioners to join early years classes, nursery schools, and preschools across Bristol.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care, learning, and play activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Act as a Key Person where required—observing pupil progress, tracking developmental milestones, and writing key notes.
- Create a warm, safe, and sensory-rich environment that nurtures curiosity, independence, and personal growth.
- Support early literacy, communication, and numeracy through child-led play and structured group activities.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children, team members, and parents.
- Maintain safeguarding, hygiene, and health and safety standards at all times.
What We Are Looking For
- Full & Relevant Early Years Qualification: Level 2, Level 3, Level 4, NNEB, or Foundation Degree in Early Childhood Studies (or higher).
- Prior experience working with children aged 0–5 in a UK nursery, preschool, or school early years setting.
- Good working knowledge of the EYFS statutory framework and child protection/safeguarding procedures.
- An energetic, caring, and reliable individual with strong teamwork skills.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or readiness to complete one through us).
- Right to work in the UK.
