We're now looking for a friendly, well-presented Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our busy showroom.
The Role
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll set the tone for their entire Hilton Garage experience. You'll greet visitors, manage a busy reception area and provide essential admin support to our sales and enquiry team.
What you'll be doing:
- Welcoming customers and visitors to the showroom
- Handling customer paperwork, deposits, and card payments
- Keeping the reception and customer areas tidy and presentable
- Supporting the sales team with general admin, filing, and data entry
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to the right person
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in reception, admin, customer service, or hospitality
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Smart, professional appearance with a warm, confident personality
- Strong organisation and the ability to juggle tasks in a busy environment
- Confident with Microsoft Office and quick to pick up new systems
- Reliable team player, happy to work weekends on a rota
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience in the motor trade or a dealership
- Knowledge of dealer management systems
- Full UK driving licence
