You’ll support people in their own homes, helping them remain safe, comfortable and as independent as possible.

Keeping Your Work Local
We’re particularly looking to grow our team in and around Kenfig Hill.
Wherever reasonably possible, we aim to allocate your regular care runs close to where you live, helping to keep your travelling practical and manageable.
You won’t necessarily work exclusively in Kenfig Hill. Danygraig Domiciliary Care supports people across Kenfig Hill, Pyle, Bridgend, Brackla and surrounding areas, and you will need to be willing and able to travel across our wider service area when required.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll visit people in their own homes and provide support tailored to their individual needs, including:
- Personal care
- Medication support
- Preparing meals and drinks
- Companionship and reassurance
- Supporting mobility
- Light household tasks
- Helping people maintain their independence and routines
It’s a varied role where the support you provide can make a genuine difference to someone’s ability to continue living independently at home.
What You’ll Need
✓ Full UK driving licence
✓ Access to your own vehicle for work
✓ A caring, reliable and compassionate approach
✓ Good communication skills
✓ Ability to work alternate weekends
Previous care experience is preferred but isn’t essential, as full training will be provided.
Your Shifts
Our service operates seven days a week, with full-time and part-time opportunities available.
You’ll work a rota covering a mixture of:
Morning: approximately 6:45/7:00am – 3:00pm
Evening: approximately 3:00pm – 10:30pm
Alternate weekend working is required.
