Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget to create customized kitchen designs that inspire.
- Use design software such as ArtiCad to develop detailed layouts and visual presentations that showcase your ideas clearly.
- Engage in active upselling by recommending complementary products, finishes, and accessories to enhance the overall kitchen concept.
- Communicate effectively with clients in English (or other multilingual capabilities) to ensure clarity and build rapport throughout the sales process.
- Organize project details efficiently, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, specifications, and orders to streamline workflow.
- Assist customers in selecting merchandise by applying merchandising principles that highlight product features and benefits.
- Follow up with clients post-design to ensure satisfaction, address questions, and foster long-term relationships.
Skills
- Proficiency in ARTI CAD software for creating detailed kitchen designs.
- Strong communication skills for engaging clients confidently and explaining technical details clearly.
- Demonstrated ability in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while meeting customer needs.
