Nursery Practitioner
bambooh® Day Nurseries
We are looking for an amazing practitioner to join our team in our baby room. Nursery experience would be ideal, but the most important qualities are reliability, warmth, common sense, and a willingness to help wherever needed.
Our setting is in a beautiful village and you would need to be able to drive or take the bus in.
The Role
You will help support the nursery by:
- Supervising children alongside qualified nursery practitioners
- Supporting play, routines, mealtimes, transitions, and outdoor time
- Helping with personal care, including nappy changing and toileting
- Preparing and serving simple meals and snacks
- Tidying, cleaning, and keeping nursery areas organised
- Helping maintain a calm, safe, and nurturing environment
- Acting as an extra set of eyes and ears across the setting
- Reporting any concerns or observations to the room team or manager
This is a hands-on role for someone who is practical, alert, kind, and happy to get stuck in.
Work days are Monday - Friday, open to half or full days.
Please tell us your availability when applying.
