Chef de partie required to join an exceptional country pub & restaurant in West Lancashire. We are looking for a someone who is dedicated to producing fantastic food from scratch.

We are country pub & restaurant is located in Wrightington, West Lancashire, located on the B5250 (Mossy Lea Road) a mile or so from J27 of the M6. We offer great food cooked from scratch, served in a comfortable yet traditional atmosphere. We pride ourselves on exceptional yet informal service with a great reputation.
The job is based on a four-day working week. Including one weekend day off.
The role offers the successful applicant the opportunity to play a key role in the continued development of a thriving food restaurant with a reputation for quality and service. You will be joining a kitchen team of 10 other chefs.
The applicant must -
- Previous similar experience is essential
- Have worked in a busy kitchen and thrive under pressure
- Ideal candidate must have experience and desire to work with fresh, quality food
- Ambition to continually drive the business forward
- Excellent team player and leader who can respectfully communicate to the team
- Have good knowledge of hygiene and health and safety
- Due to the rural location it would be advantageous to have your own transport.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £34,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
