As our Team Leader, you'll be the driving force behind the smooth operations of daily shifts. Your responsibilities will include managing opening and closing shifts, shift planning, and fostering a culture of excellence in customer satisfaction.
Do you have a knack for food safety and shift management? Fantastic! If you're also a skilled barista, even better – but don't worry if not, we'll provide comprehensive training on all things crepe and coffee -related.
Ideal candidates for this role will have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in the hospitality sector and a burning desire to advance their career. If you're eager to grow with us, there's a clear path to progression, with opportunities to step into the Assistant Manager role within next few months.
In return for your dedication, we offer a competitive wage starting from £13 per hour, depending on your skill level and experience. You'll work 30 hours a week spread over 4-5 days, giving you a healthy work-life balance.
