Process Operator
We are seeking a skilled Process Operator to join our client in Shepton Mallet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery within the production facility. This role requires a strong understanding of food production and machinery, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Working on a 3 week rotation
0600 - 1400 / 1400 - 2200 / 2200 - 0600
£15.08 per hour
Annual Bonus
Duties
· Operate and monitor machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
· Measure and Weigh produce for production
· Perform materials handling tasks, including loading and unloading materials as required.
· Conduct routine inspections of machinery to identify any issues or maintenance needs.
· Maintain accurate records of production output
· Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
· Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while working in the warehouse environment.
Skills
· Experience in a factory setting with a focus on food production.
· Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
· Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as necessary
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
