We are looking for someone who can work part time hours 1pm-6pm Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including laundry, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all designated areas
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, bathrooms, kitchens, and other shared spaces
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens to ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow established safety protocols and cleaning procedures to ensure a safe environment for all occupants
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to schedules and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet daily cleanliness standards
- Use commercial cleaning equipment safely and effectively to achieve optimal results
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safety standards
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively
- Strong communication skills for reporting issues or completing documentation accurately
- Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their proper use to ensure safety and effectiveness
