Seventy Five at Liberty is a two AA Rosette modern British restaurant located within Liberty London. Led by Head Chef Joe Holness, our menus focus on seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. With ambitious plans for the restaurant’s continued development, we are looking for friendly and reliable part-time Waiters and Waitresses to join our front-of-house team.

This role offers approximately 15–20 hours across two shifts per week. We are looking for people who enjoy working with guests, take pride in delivering good service and work well as part of a team.
The Role
As a Waiter or Waitress, you’ll provide warm and attentive service throughout the guest experience. You’ll work closely with the wider front-of-house, kitchen and bar teams to ensure service runs smoothly and every guest feels well looked after.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and providing friendly, professional service
- Presenting menus and taking accurate food and drink orders
- Serving food and drinks efficiently
- Developing a good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and allergens
- Responding to guest requests and answering questions confidently
- Preparing tables and maintaining the presentation of the dining room
- Processing bills and payments accurately
- Supporting the wider team throughout service
- Following all food safety, hygiene and company procedures
About You
- Previous experience in a waiting or hospitality role is required
- Friendly, confident and comfortable speaking with guests
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Positive and willing to learn
- Able to remain calm and organised during busy services
- A strong team player with good communication skills
- Available to work a minimum of two shifts per week, including weekends when required
