Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Domestic Assistant to join our caring team at our home in Leicester. This role is vital in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff, contributing directly to our mission of providing exceptional care.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the care home premises.
- Assist with laundry and general housekeeping tasks.
- Ensure all areas are sanitized according to health and safety regulations.
- Support the team in creating a comfortable environment for residents.
- Follow health and safety policies diligently.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
- Contribute to a positive and friendly atmosphere within the home.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning or domestic work preferred but not essential l as full training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A caring attitude and respectful approach towards residents.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs..
