- IPERA are looking for experienced financial administrators, to review and help submit the employee wages and redundancy claims of the workers of failed companies.
- Hours can be flexible to suit, but we are looking for a minimum of 15 hours per week, up to a maximum of 37.5 hours per week. In this way we can consider both full and part-time candidates including those looking to work around other commitments.

Hours: Part time/Full time 15 – 37.5 hours per week
Day to day duties will include, but not be limited to;
- Gathering and summarising Employee information to substantiate their claims for redundancy and benefits;
- Preparing reports for in support of employment and pension claims.
- In addition, there will a requirement to perform general administrative duties answering telephone calls and recording queries to be processed, scanning, copying, filing and uploading data to the CRM system.
The successful candidate will ideally have the following skills/experience/qualities:
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and particularly Excel
- Familiarity with Database/CRM systems
- Ability to manage time effectively and to prioritise workloads effectively.
- Excellent telephone skills and the ability to respond positively and effectively to staff. Competent in taking and forwarding messages accurately and promptly.
- Reliable, dependable and willing to 'pitch in' at all times, possessing a friendly, helpful and communicative manner
- Team player with the ability to work on own initiative.
- Good attention to detail and takes pride in their work.
- Some knowledge or experience with company pension schemes would be advantageous
- Confident with mathematics and performing calculations on Excel
Salary – Negotiable; indicatively £15 per hour but may increase, depending on relevance and experience.
