Responsibilities
- Design and deliver customised football coaching sessions tailored to individual client needs and skill levels
- Provide clear instruction on technical skills, tactical awareness, and game strategies
- Monitor and evaluate player progress, offering constructive feedback and encouragement
- Maintain a safe training environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines
- Organise training schedules in coordination with clients, ensuring flexibility and consistency
- Foster a positive learning atmosphere that promotes confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship
- Keep up-to-date with the latest coaching techniques and football developments
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly football, with a strong understanding of the game’s fundamentals
- Previous teaching or coaching experience is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage clients of all ages
- Relevant coaching certifications or qualifications are preferred but not essential for entry-level candidates willing to develop their skills further
- A passion for sport, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
- Ability to work independently with organisation and professionalism
Part time role with potential to lead to a full time role. The more you put in the more you will get out.
Pay: £12.71-£25.00 per hour
