Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and passionate Ladies Fashion Sales Consultant to join our dynamic retail team. In this role, you will be providing exceptional customer service while showcasing the latest in women's fashion.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and engage with them to understand their style preferences and needs
- Assist clients in selecting fashionable ladies’ apparel, accessories, and footwear that suit their individual tastes
- Provide detailed product information, including fabric details, sizing, and styling tips to enhance customer experience
- Upsell complementary items and promote ongoing promotions to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain attractive visual displays through effective merchandising techniques to highlight new arrivals and seasonal collections
- Manage stock levels on the sales floor, restock items as needed, and ensure the store remains organised and inviting
- Cashing up at the end of day.
- Helping in other departments when needed.
- Sales administration.
Requirements
- Experience in retail sales and an interest in fashion.
- Good communication skills with the ability to connect with our customers and understand their needs
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and using cash register
- Excellent organisational skills to keep the sales floor tidy and well-presented
- Confident and enthusiastic.
