A very exciting opportunity is available at our Poulton venue. We are looking for talented, charismatic and highly driven Bar Supervisor. This will be an all encompassing role assisting our Senior Management Team with the operation of the funkiest bar in Poulton.
Required:
Strong previous experience in the hospitality industry
Bar trained (cocktail trained an advantage but willing to train)
Uncompromising high standards
Exceptional customer service
A desire to lead, motivate and drive staff members at all times
Excellent organisational skills
Charisma, enthusiasm and outstanding people skills
A willingness to learn and desire to constantly develop
Highly desirable:
Personal licence holder
First aid trained
