Ashridge Group is seeking experienced Corporate Security Officers to join our team at a site in Hook.
This role is ideal for a professional who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service while maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment. As a key member of the on-site team, you will act as the first point of contact for employees and guests, representing Ashridge Group with professionalism and confidence.

Hours:
Hours: all shifts are 12 hours, 07:00 - 19:00,
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
Pay: £41964.00 per annum
Requirements:
Essential
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- Full 5-year employment or education history
- First Aid Certification
- Experience within a corporate security role
- Excellent customer service skills
Preferred
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities
Duties may include:
- Meet and Greet: Welcoming remployees and visitors providing assistance where required
- Front-of-house security presence and professional representation of Ashridge Group
- Access and egress control for employees and visitors
- Liaising with clients, employees, and VIP visitors
- Delivering a friendly, efficient, and informative service at all times
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed and reporting issues promptly
- Conducting hourly patrols and site inspections
- Writing incident and activity report
- Supporting the Building Manager with additional duties when required
