About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Tyre Fitter to join our growing workshop team.

The Role
This is a hands-on position based at our workshop in Sheffield. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering excellent service and maintaining the high standards our customers expect.
Duties will include:
- Removing wheels from vehicles and safely refitting them once work has been completed
- Fitting and removing tyres
- Fitting loan wheels to customer vehicles whilst their own wheels are being refurbished
- Carrying out puncture repairs
- Carrying out wheel alignments
- Ensuring wheels and tyres are correctly and safely fitted
- Working alongside the wider workshop team to ensure wheel refurbishments are completed efficiently
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Providing excellent customer service at all time
Development Opportunities
This role offers the opportunity to learn and develop additional skills within the workshop and wider business. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be trained in other roles, providing greater variety and opportunities for career development.
As part of the role, you may also be required to provide cover for other members of the team during periods of holiday or absence. For this reason, a full UK driving licence is essential.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience fitting all types and sizes of tyres
- Experience removing and refitting wheels on a range of vehicles
- Experience using wheel alignment equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A positive, flexible and motivated attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities when required
- A full UK driving licence is essential
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Alternate Saturdays: 8:30am – 12:30pm
