We are a growing packaging manufacturer based in Louth, Lincolnshire and we have an opportunity to expand our team. We're looking to take on a machine operator, working a rotating shift pattern of 6am-2pm & 2pm-12am (2pm-12am will be a 4 day week). We run a multi skilled factory and are committed to the growth of our employees.
The duties of machine operators will include the below.
- Setting up of production machinery accurately and in a timely manor
- Ensuring quality standards are kept at all times
- Cleaning down and servicing of machinery
- Keeping work area tidy and free from any hazards
- Strapping of pallets ready for dispatch
- Completing safety checklists at start of shifts
Full training will be provided, however it would be preferred if the candidate holds a valid UK Drivers Licence and a Counter Balance Lift Truck Licence.
