Allie Home Estate & Lettings Agency is looking for an experienced, proactive and commercially minded Lettings Manager to lead and grow our residential lettings department.
Based in Canary Wharf, Allie Home is a boutique estate and lettings agency specialising in luxury London properties. We pride ourselves on providing a highly personal, multilingual and professional service, with a focus on trust, long-term relationships and strong market advice.
This is a key role within the business. You will be responsible for driving new landlord instructions, managing the lettings pipeline, overseeing the lettings process from valuation to tenancy commencement to property management, and ensuring that every landlord and tenant receives a high standard of service.
The role would suit either an experienced Lettings Manager, a strong Senior Lettings Negotiator or an experienced Property Manager.

Salary: £30K - £35k base salary + discretionary bonus based on performance

Role Expectations
You will take ownership of lettings performance, including valuations, instructions, marketing, viewings, offers, negotiations, compliance and landlord relationship management. You will also help develop processes, improve conversion rates and contribute to the continued growth of the Allie Home brand.
A strong understanding of lettings legislation and compliance is essential. With ongoing changes in the rental market and the introduction of new rental reforms, landlords increasingly need clear, practical and professional advice. You should be confident explaining the lettings process, guiding landlords through compliance requirements and helping them make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Winning new landlord instructions and growing Allie Home’s lettings portfolio
- Conducting lettings valuations and providing accurate market advice
- Managing enquiries, viewings, offers and negotiations
- Overseeing the lettings process from valuation to tenancy commencement to property management
- Ensuring all lettings activity is compliant with current legislation and internal standards
- Helping improve systems, processes and service standards across the lettings department

- The lettings portfolio grows in both size and revenue
- Properties are let quickly, compliantly and to well-referenced tenants
- Void periods are minimised and rental values are optimised
- Tenants and landlords receive clear, professional and responsive communication
- The lettings department becomes more structured, efficient and commercially effective
- You become a trusted point of contact for landlords, tenants and the wider team
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Has strong residential lettings or property management experience in London
- A track record of winning instructions and growing landlord relationships
- Has a commercial mindset and enjoys building a portfolio
- Has strong knowledge of lettings compliance and current legislation
- Communicates clearly and professionally in person, by phone and in writing
- Is highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple priorities
- Takes ownership, has a positive, proactive and solutions-focused attitude
- Experience working with overseas landlords, international students, corporate tenants or relocation clients
- ARLA Propertymark qualification
- Additional language skills, particularly Mandarin or Cantonese, would be an advantage
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, with Saturday appointments or viewings as required, with time off in lieu.
