Own the brand strategy, setting the direction through clear plans, priorities and a strong growth agenda.
- Spot and unlock growth opportunities, using consumer, shopper and market insight to guide decisions.
- Lead innovation end-to-end, from initial idea through to launch and in-market delivery.
- Execute impactful campaigns, bringing the brand to life across digital, social, PR and experiential channels.
- Manage performance and investment, ensuring budgets deliver against key commercial objectives.

Strong experience within a Brand Manager role, ideally gained within FMCG.
