PIB Employee Benefits consultants support organisations across all areas of financial and non-financial reward, healthcare, corporate pensions, risk, employee benefit communications, and benefits technology.
We’re looking for a proven dual-skilled EB Consultant. You’ll manage and grow an established corporate portfolio, delivering expert advice across Group Risk primarily and Healthcare.
Desk-based with occasional face-to-face client meetings. Flexible hybrid working a blend of office and home to suit you and your clients.
What You’ll Be Doing

Portfolio management - manage and grow a corporate portfolio across Group Risk (Life, IP, CI) and Group Healthcare (PMI, Dental, Health Cash Plans).

Client relationships - build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and providers via telephone, MS Teams, and in-person meetings.

Renewal consulting - deliver proactive account management, rate reviews, and renewal advice that puts client outcomes first.

Communications - prepare and deliver employee benefit communications and presentations tailored to each client audience.

Collaboration - work closely with admin, support, and wider EB teams to maintain service standards and shape well-rounded client solutions.
What We’re Looking For

Dual-skilled; experience across both Group Risk and Group Healthcare products is essential.

Experience; you’ll have worked in a similar EB Consultant role before and be comfortable managing a corporate client portfolio from day one.

Consulting skills; strong at questioning, listening, and communicating clearly - in writing and in conversation.

Technical knowledge; good working knowledge of EB products, market trends, and FCA-regulated environments.
