We’re looking for passionate, friendly Housekeepers to join the team at The 1852 Hotel. We exist to offer an exciting alternative to the mass of boring hotel rooms out there, and we celebrate people who bring their own personality and character to work!
At The 1852, we know that Housekeeping is one of the most vital roles in the entire business. You are the one ensuring our guests step into spotless spaces, sink into the very best beds, and enjoy a top-tier stay from start to finish.
This role is for you if:
- You’ve got the experience: You already have a background in housekeeping and know the ropes.
- You care about the details: Going the extra mile for guests comes naturally to you.
- You love getting ‘stuck in’: You’re proactive, efficient, and take pride in getting stuff done.
- You’re adaptable: You’re just as comfortable working independently as you are alongside a team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delighting guests: Ensuring every room is cleaned to a world-class standard (full training provided).
- Bringing the warm welcome: Greeting guests with a friendly smile whenever you cross paths in the hotel.
- Keeping things sharp: Maintaining spotless communal areas, corridors, and linen stores.
- Representing The 1852: Creating positive, lasting impressions for everyone who stays with us.
