We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused Bar Staff to join our team at Keswick Country House Hotel.
This is a varied role, perfect for someone who enjoys working in a busy hotel environment, meeting guests and providing excellent service.
The Role
Your duties will include:
- Serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Preparing and serving coffees and hot drinks — barista experience is preferred.
- Serving bar meals and snacks to guests.
- Providing warm, friendly and attentive customer service.
- Taking orders and handling payments accurately.
- Keeping the bar and service areas clean, organised and well presented.
- Working closely with the wider hotel team to ensure guests have a great experience.
- Working some shifts in our restaurant, assisting with food and drink service.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable and confident with customers.
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a busy environment.
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
- Previous bar or hospitality experience is desirable.
- Barista experience would be an advantage.
- Flexible to work a mixture of bar and restaurant shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Live in Accommodation
We offer live in accommodation with private bathroom - £25.00 per week to include all food on and off duty.
