We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team, responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial premises. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in janitorial services and a keen eye for detail. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, washrooms, and communal areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to ensure all areas are hygienic and presentable.
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces regularly to maintain health standards.
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels as needed.
- Handle waste disposal efficiently and responsibly.
- Maintain cleaning equipment in good working order and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during cleaning tasks.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures.
- Strong attention to detail with organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
