Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting the overall operation of the kitchen. Duties
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes in accordance with restaurant standards and recipes
- Oversee specific sections of the kitchen, ensuring consistency and quality in meal preparation
- Assist in menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes
- Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Manage stock levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Ensure cleanliness of workstations and equipment after each shift
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service delivery
- Monitor food presentation and ensure dishes are served promptly
Qualifications
- Proven experience within a busy kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Previous restaurant or culinary experience is highly desirable
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Passion for culinary arts and a keen eye for detail in meal presentation
- Formal culinary training or relevant qualifications are advantageous but not essential

Weekly paid salary plus weekly tronc tips. Weekend availability is a must.
